Why we built it

Most QR codes are an apology

Look at the codes around you — on receipts, menus, parking meters, packaging. Almost all of them are the same black square, generated by whichever free tool came up first, leading to a bare link or a PDF that doesn't fit a phone screen.

That's odd, because the QR code is often the firstphysical thing a customer touches. It sits on the table, in the window, on the box. It gets the attention a homepage never will. And it's treated as plumbing.

We built SazQR on the opposite assumption: that the code is part of your identity, that it deserves the same care as the sign above the door, and that the thing on the other side should be worth the scan.

What we build

A studio, not a generator

Fifty-three QR types across eight categories, each one asking only for the fields it actually needs — so you never have to look up vCard syntax or the format of a Wi-Fi string.

Twelve industry themes and fifteen silhouette shapes to start from. A logo blender that masks, haloes, and compensates with error correction instead of hoping. Dynamic short links you can repoint after printing, with scan analytics behind them. And hosted digital cards for the many businesses that have a phone number and a menu but no website at all.

How we build

Four things we refuse to compromise on

These decide the arguments when a feature could go either way.

Scannability is not negotiable

A beautiful code that fails at the table is worthless. Error correction rises automatically behind a logo, and the engine that renders your code is the same one that validates it — we never draw something that only looks like a QR code.

Defaults should already be good

Nobody opens a design tool wanting a blank canvas. Every type arrives with a matched theme, a sensible frame, and copy in the right place — so the first render is already presentable and editing is optional.

Show the result immediately

Every field, color, and toggle re-renders a real code as you type. No preview button, no export-to-check loop. You should be able to see the consequence of a decision before you commit to it.

Printing shouldn't be a commitment

Campaigns change, menus change, links rot. Dynamic codes mean the thing you laminated stays valid even when everything behind it moves.

Get in touch

We read everything

Product feedback, a QR type we're missing, partnership ideas, or a code misbehaving in the wild — the contact form reaches us directly, and replies go straight back to you.

See whether it holds up

Design a real code, export it, and scan it with your own phone. That's the only test that matters.
